Relining Services completed a total rehabilitation of a 2000Litre Grease Interceptor Trap in the Tweed Heads Shire. Recently Relining Services were contracted to reline a house sewer drain for Tweed Heads Shire Council. All work was completed successfully and video footage of before and after was provided. Relining Services cover the whole Tweed Heads Shire. 3 March, 2010.

Perma-Liner Industries has been testing it’s new Inner Seal System in the U.S. It is nearly ready for release in Australia. Relining Services will have access to this technology soon. Perma-Liner are the industry leaders who continually devise and test new systems. 17 February, 2010.

Recently Relining Services relined a 150mm sewer main at main beach for the Gold Coast City Council. The council had previously repaired a section and required our services to strengthen their repair. We used and recommend the Perma-Patch system which has been tested and exceeds the 50 year maximum test. We look forward to working with the GCCC in the future. 22 December, 2009.

Recently Relining Services rehabilitated a defected grease trap and increased the capacity fromm a 1000 Litre trap to a 2000 Litre trap. The Gold Coast City Council had defected several areas and over charging an undersized grease trap was one. There were limited options with this trap being located close to a load bearing wall. You can not undermine structural foundations to replace, therefore rehabilitation was an excellent option. 8 December, 2009.

Relining Services recently attended a Perma-Liner conference. Perma-Liner Industries Australia held this at their head office in Penrtih. Live demonstrations displaying new techniques, product development and ongoing research were conducted. All certified installers Australia wide attended. Relining Services continually attend conferences and training days to stay up to date with new products. 20 November, 2009.

The Gold Coast City Council have been issuing defect notices for grease trap faults including corroded baffles, dilapidated tank lining and insufficient gas sealing on lids, etc. The GCCC have a waste tracking initiative that monitors and issues defect notices. The GCCC defect notices give 30 days to comply. This short time frame makes grease interceptor trap rehabilitation a favourable option. 30 October, 2009.

We have been recieving a lot of enquiries regarding the replacement of grease traps. Relining services can rehabilitate grease traps with our patented 2 part epoxy coatings. This is an approved method enabling us to repair defective grease traps without the need for replacement. 26 October, 2009
